Feeder Section

1.Adjustable feeding belts to ensure easy adjustment,stable and smoothly feeding.
2.Continuously Variable Speeder to ensure feeding internal and stable transmission.
3.One-touch Pneumatic Knife, easy to adjustment of feeding belts.

Aligner Section

1.The paper board sent from feeder section will be corrected by aligner section to ensure transmission accurately.
2.Pressing drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to accommodate differentpaper board thickness.

Crash Bottom Lock (Optional)

1.3-board tracking structure,upper gluer can make bottom-locked box automatic gluing and forming, can be used for the
special-shaped cartons.
2.The entire bottom-lock parts is installed in a reversible bracket, substantially reduce the swap adjustment time of bottom-fold
box and the other types of box, Bottom-folding speed is 50-200 pcs per min,stable and reliable.

Pre-folding Section

1.Double-board structure with a set of pre-folding knife.
2.Pre-fold angle is 180 degrees and 135 degrees, especially suitable for small but high cartons,more satisfactory while rapid prototyping.

3.Packed with special track device.
4.Lengthened folding to avoid the unevenness while the rapid forming of cartons and make it come to perfection.

Trombone Section

1.Full press section continuous and automatic box collection mechanism that ensures a neat transfer to the press section
guaranteeing a well aligned flow.

Transmission

1.Driven by independent motor,feeding belt has a function of air suction.
2.Upper section moves back and forward,allowing for different box length.
3.Pneumatic pressure regulator ,which can effectively ensure the uniform of fitting pressure ,makes machine easy to adjust.

With counting device to count the finished boxes to match with boxes regulating, easy to count and pack.
